Very good food & a very good price for London.
Service was normal.
Ground floor interior is good. -

It's an AYCE buffet for less than about $10. In that sense, given the Chinatown/London location, it's a fair bargain. The food is unremarkable.
But you can eat all you want of it. The thing is, you won't want much. Very clever. Actually, the salted pepper chicken meat on skewers was a great source of protein, and tasty to boot, as was something they called beef stew. The cabbage salad was actually tasteless, nothing but crunch. The rice was OK, but given that this is a Chinese restaurant in London's Chinatown, 'OK' verges on being insulting. The offerings were limited to the standards.
The staff was indifferent and listless. The place looked run down and shabby. Still, a hungry tourist with ten bucks can get a meal here, no question about that. -

A Terrible most horrible experience!
Food quality was awful, the food tasted like it had been cooked the day before. Everything was soggy and all tasted the same. Even the coke we ordered was flat.
We left the entire plate full of food. We went to pay and the lady in the till was very rude, almost threw the bill at us. I saw that she added a 10% service charge which I asked to please take it off the bill as it's discretionary and since I wasn't happy with the food and the service I didn't want to pay for it. She started to yell at me in Chinese like a crazy person and the whole restaurant was looking, it was so embarrassing.
Not only was the food horrible but the service was rude and aggressive, I have never experienced something so humiliating in a restaurant setting. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this place. -

If you are starving...go to McDonald's or Burger King. Small selection of food. Food is not even well cooked and the personnel is not polite.
Avoid it. -

All quite edible and better than the usual Chinese buffet. Dark and shabby interior which is exactly right somehow and I wouldn't change it a bit. The £6.90 buffet is £9.50 once a glass of "mineral water" and the optional 10% service charge has been added on.
I've paid more and eaten worse, so I'll come back again, but not in a hurry.
